It never ceases to amaze me how a technique, so simple and easy, can produce so many great sauces, like this tasty chicken with chipotle and green onion gravy recipe.By the way, I was just in New York City for a sandwich-making event that was headlined by chef Bobby Flay. You know Mr. Flay loves his chipotle, and actually helped make this once exotic chili the common ingredient it is today. So, was it a coincidence that the first recipe I make upon my return features chipotle? I think not. Enjoy!
