There's a little restaurant near my home in San Francisco that serves a cornbread so delicious, that I've been driven close to insanity trying to decipher the recipe. This pineapple brown butter cornbread muffins recipe is the result of one such attempt.It has this intoxicating browned butter aroma, and little chewy bits of what I believe are dried pineapple. It's heavenly, and I simply must figure it out. Why don't I just ask for the recipe? Because, that's just no fun! Anyway, this is close, very delicious, and I hope you give it a try!
